The secrets behind Antarctica’s mysterious red waterfall

Scientists had glanced that only a part of the cliff had been gone to dark red and the facts is unknown why it is gone to a side by dark one part of a cliff.

The falls remained a mystery for the longest time, since one can spot the glacier melting at the surface of the cliff, despite the average temperatures being -17 degree celsius.

After much research, the factors behind the blood-red colour of the falls were discovered. It is seen about wo million years ago, the Taylor Glacier overshadowed its beneath it a small body of water, which is the home of an ancient community of microbes.
